Chapter 2- The willow tree

The 1000 year old willow tree is in front of me. The tree is surrounded by all other canopy trees. The willow tree forest floor is covered by moss. Vines were hanging on the willow tree. The tree is perfectly in the middle of the surrounding trees. It seems very green like emerald green. It is very peaceful view. Bang! I heard a gun fired nearby. I quickly scrambled up the willow tree and jumped in. The smell of the rich earth and the feeling of wood are comforting though the outside of the world is invaded by aliens. Everything inside here is made of wood. The bed made of wood in the corner of the tree is messy. My friend is searching for something outside! I need to find her. I climbed the ladder.

I was shocked. My friend, Bailin, had brought along a beast. It looks like the one I saw before but this was smaller. It had two small purple wings, a scaly long pink tail, two small purple horns and a roundish red snout. I looked closely at it. This beast was a dragon. The one I saw before was an adult dragon and this one was a baby dragon.

“where did you find this dragon?”

“Owh...Umm… I just found it there lying injured”

BANG!

“We better get back into the willow tree, Bailin”

“What about the dragon? we can’t leave it injured here?”

“We’ll bring it inside there is space for it. The tree is quite big remember?”

Bailin and I talked about how we made it here. Soon later, I changed the subject and we talked about the baby dragon. We talked about many things. The baby dragon kept making chiming sounds like a bell.

“We must make this dragon feel comfortable”

“Bailin! What are you doing!”

Bailin had started cutting the beds and started combining it. She made a bed for the dragon. I don’t know what’s in her mind. I asked her where we would sleep.

“we could go out and search for something comfortable?”

So we set out to find something comfortable to sleep on.

Chapter 1- Invasion

I turned back and looked. It wasn’t there. I wanted to get out of the building. I was running trying to find my way out. I reached for the emergency door. It was locked. Behind me something was running. Before a minute, it was there, staring at me. The hideous green creature was staring at me. I tried to open the door. The creature is now holding a laser gun, aiming at me. It triggered the gun. It missed me. Instead it shoots the locked door, causing a hole. The hole was big enough for me to pass through. I crawled through it before it triggered the second one. I ran down the emergency stairs. I was nearly out of the building.

The creature is in the building. I thought there was only one. But once I reached out, people were screaming and running. They were all over the place. They were shooting and destroying the city. I ran for cover. Unfortunately, one of the green creatures saw me and started aiming at me. I ran, searching for cover. It shoots. It looks like a green fireball flying heavily towards me. The fireball hit the orange cart and it melted within seconds. I looked at it in horror. The city is being destroyed slowly. This is an alien invasion!

I tried to run away far from the city. But they were everywhere.

I have been spotted 3 times so far. I must go to the forest. In the forest, not far from the city, there is a 1000 year old willow tree. My friends and I had made a hiding place there. We used to go there when we camp and it also functions as a hiding place. I was hoping the others were there, waiting for me. My two friends should be able to go there. I ran and encountered an alien dragging a scaly blue creature. This creature wasn’t an alien. It had two huge sapphire coloured wings, a scaly long purple tail, two pairs of sapphire coloured horns and a long aquamarine coloured snout. I was staring at the beast until an alien spotted me. I ran into the forest. I made it. I need to find the willow tree.

So what do you think?? i am writing the 2nd chapter but i have a few problems..
